About the interpretation service

Multi-lingual interpreting service available

We offer multilingual interpretation and high quality communication. The “MELON” service is available 24 hours a day in 18 languages.
We also provide telephone interpretation (EAJ) and machine interpretation.

Through such tools, we strive to improve our service in facilitating the communication between foreign patients and staff and in shortening the waiting time.

On-Site Medical Interpreters

International Medical Support Center is available 6 days a week, from 9:00 to 17:00.
Medical interpreters speak English, Chinese, and Korean.
