Admission to hospital

Before admission

Pleased visit the patient support center when your admission date is fixed.

Day of admission

Please go to the patient support center when you arrive at the hospital.

（1）Things to prepare

• Patient ID card
• Consent of Admission
• Tissue paper
• Medications you are taking at the moment
• Towel
• Wash basin
• Bath towel
• Toothbrush
• Clean indoor shoes or slippers
• Soap
• Diapers (if necessary)
• Shampoo
• Underwear
• Electric Shaver
• Pajamas
• Hairbrush
• Mask

（2）Payment
Monthly invoices will be issued and handed to you around the 10th of the following month. Please pay at counter ①. When you are discharged from the hospital, we will issue and hand you an invoice.

（3）About Private Rooms
Suite Room・Private Room rates (including consumption tax)

＊1 Room fees will be calculated according to the number of days you have stayed in that particular room.
(for example, when staying one night over the hospital, you will be billed for two days.)

＊2 This room is for patients with particular diseases

About credit card payment

Please pay at counter number ①, located at the first floor of the main building.
VISA ／ Master ／ JCB ／ American Express ／ Diners Club ／others
※Credit cards are accepted 24 hours a day.
※Credit cards are accepted only for lump sum payments.

Cautions on how to spend your day at the hospital

（1） Visiting hours

※Once a week for 15 minuits only

（2） Light-out time/other
Wake-up time: 6:00 am　Light-out time: 10:00 pm

（3） Meal times
Meal times are 8:00 am, 12:00 pm, 6:00 pm

（4） Changing sheets and laundry
Sheets will be changed regularly, but will be changed when stained. Please let the nurse know.
Coin laundry machines are available on each floor. (Notes: available until 9:00 pm. Laundry services are also available. Please contact the nurse.)

（5） Amenities
You can use the televisions by purchasing a prepaid card. Cards can be obtained from TV card vendor machines on each floor, located near the public telephone booth.（1,000 yen per card, for 20 hours viewing）
Refrigerators not available in the patient's room (except for rooms with two beds and private rooms).
The fare adjustment for the unused units of prepaid cards can be settled using the fare adjustment machines located in front of the Reception on the first floor.
